What I offer: therapeutic massage, manual osteopathy and acupuncture. I specialize in combination of treatments that focuses on musculoskeletal pain and restoring functional movement.    

 

Massage therapy specially tailored to individual’s need that day with possible elements of stretching, range of movements and hot stone massage.    

 

Acupuncture for muscular skeletal pain, stress, or general balance. Treatment can be in combination with massage and/or manual osteopathy techniques.    

 

Manually osteopathy which consists of the modalities: osteo-articulations (bone movement), myo-fascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, involuntary mechanisms (cranio-sacral therapy), and visceral manipulations addresses different body systems through a wholistic prospective in encouraging flow, alignment, releasing tension and restoring functional movement.    

 

About my space: Francesco Holistic is a residential boutique wellness clinic, sole practitioner, conveniently located in West Central Edmonton. The clinic is a clean, inviting space, working in a safe one on one environment and offers direct billing. It has a dedicated entrance, minimal stairs and parking up front.    

 

Who am I: Francesco is a multi disciplinary practitioner who started his holistic journey in 2009 through movement teaching yoga. Through yoga adjustments, it inspired the study of Thai massage, then acupuncture and eventually becoming a registered massage therapist. His practice has evolved him to understand the body deeper and seek more trainings through manual osteopathy therapy. Francesco’s interests and lifestyle keeps maintains his infinite growth and continuous learning.
